Individual Therapy

The wonders of individual therapy comes from having a safe space that allows for a deeper exploration of the issues identified by you, without worrying about the needs of others.  You may freely speak your mind in my counselling space.  

I help people regain their hope, strength and creativity.  Part of working with me includes exploring what is holding you back, unlearning past patterns and supporting you in making decisions that redefine who you want to be.  

Individual therapy may be beneficial for those who:

  • Identified an issue to work on and need some support in achieving them
  • Would like an outside perspective
  • Would like a dedicated space for self-reflection and self-improvement
  • Would like a guided creative outlet
  • Wants some personal support outside of their immediate network
